Paleo Lifestyle

Ok, so I'm moving back to Qatar at the end of this month and I have a worry that I won't be able to maintain my Paleo lifestyle there.

I can't remember shopping for specialty foods like almond butter or coconut flour, but can I find these things there?

I know there should be supplies of different types of "milks" like almond milk etc.

What about flour substitutes?

Thanks!

Oh and I've been Paleo for a couple months, and doing a second round of the sugar detox :)

Hi Ward,

Yup - all those things are coming in the mail soon ;) Food processor, nut cloth, etc. Oh and converter for the voltage difference.

Paleo lifestyle is easy to adjust to - however, you just have to be mindful to keep things ready to eat if you are a hungry one! I workout so I'm literally an omnomnomivore :) I eat all the time, and so I prepare food in advance and ALWAYS keep an apple in my bag (so as not to bite the person next to me when I'm starving).

I like the overall feeling, and feeling good gives you motivation to stick to it, ya know?

Besides, who doesn't love to eat meat and veggies all day :D

Ha thanks :)

My worry is more so on my diet :) Well, not so much - I eat meat and eggs and veggies - but sometimes the odd almond flour muffins for variety... was wondering if to stock up on these things before heading over there or not :)

Cheers!
