Playing Cricket in Doha

Hi,

I am looking to play cricket here, can amyone give me information about possible teams to join/what level cricket is plated/when does training start and where/when are games usually played..

Any advice is much appreciated!

@Thomas Ponraj: I am sorry but i don't have contact number - and it is better to go there would be more helpful.  In fact the location is very easy, If u come from Mannai Roundabout the third right will go to Badriya Signal and before reaching Badriya Signal on your left side just 100 meters before the signal. The board is very small so have to be very close look. And the office is in the First floor.  Hope this will help u out

Thanks for your posts..Im loking to play normal cricket, my pads, whites etc arrived today. Does anyone know if there are nets going on just now?

Hi, r u looking for professional cricket?  If so the Ground is at Lusail.  However playing with hard tennis ball everywhere.  Lot of Srilankans, Indians and Pakisthanis are playing on Fridays and the level of cricket is reasonable.  Many professional player also playing in that time.  The official Qatar Circket Association is at Bin Mohamed near Badriya signal.

check out in al saad football stadium car park, lots of teams are playing there on weekends..

In qatar Season Starts normally from 3rd week september. Cricket is normally played in Grade 1 & II. Details you can check on website. You can find all teams playing in West Bay. Both cricket i,e with META BALL or Hard Ball are avialable in bothe levels.

 

Just check out which team can benfit your services.
