The Daily Mail reckons that not one but two Qatari football teams are bidding for Manchester United superstar Rio Ferdinand. They report that Lekhwiya and Al Sadd have been in touch with his reps.

I wonder if they'll include a housing allowance with that offer? ;-)

Why would he want to ruin his career? Playing at the top level cannot be compensated with a few extra petro dollars.
