Tennis 2012 with kids
By paradisevirus •
I am also one of the big fan of tennis and wanted to go every time we have tennis tournaments in Qatar, but never went. Am little hesitant to take 1 yr boy and 5 yr old girl to the court, due to disturbance to other audiences (I could hv gone alone but never made it). I actually want my 5 yr old to see tennis live. Since i have no experience in watching live, ppl who have watched tennis live pls adive.
Is it recommended to be spectator with kids?
Thanks in advance.
just go there and check. if you dont get a ticket, tough luck. try again tomorrow
Thanks guys for ur invaluable inputs.
I will reach there by 5.00, i mean to ask, whether the ticket window will be open at 5.00.
Please repond, time is running out :-)
Only under 2 years old kids are not allowed in centercourt it is also written at the back of the ticket.
My 1.5 year old was turned away last year and my understanding is any child under the age of 3 is not allowed due to potential disruption
gate will open at 2:30 and so the ticketing boot, it is very hard to guess or i may say its depends on both players performance. just an observation If the scoring is tight i.e. in 3 sets most of the scoring are "DUECE" if it is in three sets it might end up more or less 3 hours.
I would like to see Nadals match. But i have a question, following is the schedule
CENTER COURT: Matches Start At: 3:30 pm
CIPOLLA vs TSONGA
followed by
NADAL vs GREMELMAYR
Your guess please: What do you think Nadals match will start and will the tickets needs to be purchased at 3.00 ?
two years old below kids are not allowed in centre court,as long your 5 year-old kid won't run and shout during rally or during players are playing I don't see any problem with it.
and my advice is go early as 3:00pm because the match in centre court starts at 3:30pm.
Enjoy with your kids
Note: No Flash Photography is allowed during match is on set.
