Winter world cup for Qatar 2022

One of FIFA's executive member Germany's Franz Beckenbauer believes the world cup in Qatar should be played in the wintertime(January or February) to avoid hot temperatures. what do you think ?

January or February of which year? it should be on the same year, not the following one, in this case I'd agree, for the sake of fans.

good idea. it will solve two things:

1. the cruel heat of the summer will be avoided so the fans can enjoy the games and the sights of qatar

2. poeple will not wear skimpy skimpy clothes because, well, its winter:-)
