QGym and The Venue
The lowdown: QGym and The Venue are split into male and female sections. It has over 200 machines available 24 hours a day, an Olympic sized swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a Mixed Martial Arts academy and even a Qbar for healthy foods.

Classes: There are very reasonably priced personal training, MMA classes, plus options like boot camp.

Perks: As a member, if you refer people to the gym you get points which result in free extensions on your membership. They’ll soon be opening a steam room, coffee house and nutrition centre.

Price: One month packages are QR850. It’s QR1,950 for three months, QR3,300 for six months and QR5,400 for one year.
