I've been to Thai Snack several times... Everytime the food has been good, service is a bit slow... but they are always really busy... which should say something about how good their food is. Clean--- ummm I'd say they are decent. Check it out... prices are very reasonable. Try the Chicken Pad Thai... Awesome!
