i have another question, what if some one has to exit from qatar airport canceling hes/her visa urgently becouse of his serious problems and he cant pay bill. will there be any disturbance in airport. or any where? and what will be the solution for him/her?
Yup, a good question. If you live in a remote village in a country such as India where there is no water or electricity or toilet facility available, yes they will have a hard time to find you. You may be successful in hiding there for just a couple of hundred riyals that you failed to pay.
where they will look for him/her after they exit qatar? or they will find before exit?

ya its beter to clear bills but my question is will they stop you in airport or anywhere?

Please clear all bills before leaving the country. In near future the data base of all offenders will be shared among GCC countries.

its not about me. i have some friends gone without payments and some has queries so.
I guess you are trying to avoid paying your bills simply because you may not ever be coming back. If your conscience is clear you will manage somehow to clear all your dues and leave Qatar happily.
What is someone advised you that you would face problems at the airport at the time of your exit. Would you not then find ways by which you can clear the bills before you exit the country?
