Hi all,

I need to rebook tickets for my family to visit Qatar, as evidently they are currently not allowed to get into the country. Qatar airways allows 'free' date changes travel up to end of September, with no information about how they deal differences in ticket rates. Which they usually always do.

The ones I bought were quite cheap, at approx. 50% of the normal rate.

Has anyone done this recently, and - provided I stay in the same class - would I need to pay the price difference between the current and new tickets, or is it like Qatar Airways suggests on their website - 'free'?

Qatar Airways, like all airlines, have fantastic rates till you physically have to purchase.

Check with their office or any travel agent for help.
