Is it necessary to book a return tkt also for family visit visa?
My family will do medical & extend their stay here.
Then will it be enough if i book only one side tkt?

Yes return ticket s important very much ,,. So u book and cum within in one month dated after medical u can cancel the ticket

Return Ticket is required and 'OK to Board' -Visa Message is required.
Yes Return Ticket is required for Visit Visa holders. Also please update 'OK to Board' Message from the Airline of whose ticket you have booked on the ticket to Doha.
It depends from which airport she is travelling from. If your family is travelling from any Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Srilanka, etc., yes return ticket is mandatory otherwise airline will not allow boarding. If your family is travelling from Europe countries their is no need. Basically it is not immigration requirement but it is airlines rule set to have return ticket while travelling in visit visas.
