I am Noemi U. Nacario a graduate of Elementary Education with specialization of early childhood education, Diploma of Special Education, 9 units Masters Degree and a Nursing Aide Graduate in the Philippines. I was teaching for 5 years in the Philippines ages from 2 years old up to 10 years old. I was working in the same university and my position was one of the admimistrator in our University at the same time I was a Student Activity Program Coordinator and I am also teaching at the same time.I was also teaching the special children for one year as a voluntary teacher in our place.
