I am looking for a job that would suit my working experience in Retail Industry. I am a Department Supervisor before handling Home Furnishing departments. I have a solid background in customer service matter, Oracle and JDA software. One of our responsibilities being a supervisor is to achieve monthly sales target, coordinate and supervise department activities, review and revise workflow, monitor daily activities of department staff, evaluate staff performance, analyze department issues and provide appropriate action, proper scheduling of staff, monitor stock on hand of both fast and slow moving items, conduct daily peptalk together with the whole floor to disseminate important information, submission of weekly report and adjustments of negative on hand. I also do bankcard settlement and reading of POS.
