Roles and Responsibilities
· Monitoring the multidisciplinary subcontractors on site and ensuring the project completed with time and budget.
· Reporting to project manager, submitting the daily progress report, weekly progress report & monthly progress report.
· Experienced in monitoring and controlling all civil works with quality assurance on site.
· Finalizing material required at site and generates remaining material order.
· Liaise with clients and consultants and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
· Responsible for preparation of request for inspection (RFI) to consultant.
· Responsible for preparation of material approval sheet (MAS), and following up with the involved parties for taking approval.
· Responsible for preparation of MAS schedule.
· Responsible for preparation of construction program schedule on MS-Project 2007
· Experience in estimating the quantities as per BOQ.
· Experience in maintaining records and archives to company standards.
· Responsible for securing all the payments of the company in time to avoid dip in cash flow.
