Civil/ Architect Inspector (Egis International)

Job Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for execution supervision and quality control of construction
of highway works.

+ Responsible for execution and supervision of earth work, sub
base, sub grade, Aggregate base course pavement.

+ Responsible for
execution and supervision of milling and Bituminous wearing course
Pavement.

+ Responsible for
execution and supervision of Bituminous Base course and Wearing course
pavement.

+Responsible
for execution and supervision for installation of kerb stone, interlock
block, road signage and road paid marking.

+Responsible for various Phases of work and Road opening,

Measurement of executed quantities recommendation of

subcontractor bill.

+ To coordinate with
client and consultant day to day related to site activity.

+ To carry out inspection
and test regiment of the Project all stages as per Project Quality Plan.

+ Responsible
for inspection of all Project Material in coordination with QC inspector
as per Approval material submittal.

+ To monitor the contractor Performance in compliance with
approved IFC Drawing.

+ Ensure that all
construction work are performed in strict accordance with the plans and
specification

+ Interface with the
Public and stake- holders adjacent to the work to mitigate the construction
impacts.

+ Coordinate
with the contractors and in charge of the work on

a daily basis
to advice on the proper execution of the work.

+ Coordinate with the materials inspectors and other disciplines to
arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and
quality assurance testing of suspect materials.

+ Coordinate
with the surveyors to check the location and elevation of work for
conformance with the plans and specifications.

+ Report questionable methods of operation by the contractor to
the structures

+ Report
to the Resident Engineer any failure of the contractor

to perform the work as peer the drawing and specification.

+ Process the Inspection Request and maintain records of their
status.

+ Maintain
detailed records of work performed by the contractor In case the work is
performed on a day works basis.
