Hello,
My name is yasir Jabari. I do have 18 years of experience in human resource functions such as recruitment, performance appraisal, coaching and training, payroll and compensation, and employee relation. I’m PHRI & SPHRI credited with an MBA from Strathclyde University, UK.
I have successfully completed several large-scale projects such as mass regional and international recruitment programs, Organization restructures & process change, and can start an HR department from scratch. I can easily communicate with all levels in an organization and can adjust my behavior to fulfill business goals. I feel comfortable working on my own or among a team and have always proven to go the extra mile to ensure the success of myself and the team.
