I think deciding on the amount you should get paid depends on the whole package deal.
I haven't been to Dana club but if it's in a hotel then most probably they will provide you with accomodation which i think will be the best for you as it provides you with the safety you need and also you won't have to suffer the transportation problem most new commers face when they arrive.
If they don't provide you with accomodation then you will have to search for something that suits your salary and this is not an easy thing to do here as most decent accomodations range between Qr 4,000-6,000 you can still get a smaller place like a studio which of course will cost less than 4,000
