yes i know, the first words most patients say when they first walk into my clinic "Don't be offended...but I hate dentists soooo bad".
WHen i hear those words I just can't prevent that grin on my face...hhhmmm...i like challenge.. "Now i have to change this person's opinion about dentists"....I succeed most of the time...I'm happy I do.
