Dentist, No problem with that on Friday, maybe the Friday work day could start at 13:00 till 21:00 and we could still be off Sat & Sun. That would also help with the time difference.

Being out around town on Friday afternoon and evening, there are a lot of people out wanting to shop and do other things so Friday after lunch seems to be a regular day for other activities. There are sporting events on Friday. The only problem seems to be Friday morning, just move everything back a few hours.
