haha of course we have meteorologists here laudgi, we also have a meteorology department, they also have a great website with alot of information on it http://www.qatarweather.net/
they have up to date information and forecast on it
i used to have problems breathing in here when i was a kid then i found out i had a bit asthma that got healed... dunno how don't ask... if you are not used to very high humidity and u stay out for 20 mins at summers you can feels that you're chokin, i believe it's very fine as you wouldn't be outside for more than 5 mins (usually) you might want to have a deodorant in your car if you sweat alot... i always have it with me in my schoolbag :p
