I was in Lebanon for 10 days. Got there on July 7th and came back on the 19th. It was supposed to be a 'nice vacation', but ended up being a nightmare just after 4 days of our arrival date.
Thank God were Im from no bombs were dropped, and no one got killed. But still, main roads over there were just exploded in a mean way. Sleeping and waking up at the sound of the planes is just too scary, I can imagine how the people are suffering over there.
My husband and myself came back thru Jordan. It took us a whole day to arrive there! It was a mess, everyone has lost control over themlseves! Since I got here I'm in such depression that sometimes I try to hide but can't. Well, to see your contry go down like that? Anyone would be I guess.
I just hope and pray that this catastrophe comes to an end soon. But after what? giving Lebanon a sad end?
I hope all Lebanese in this site are safe as well as their beloved ones.
