Guys, there are 2 bedroom flats in the airport area for 2500 to 3000 Qrs. per month. Just got to drive around. I have seen them.

They are not big, ok for a family - husband wife and one or two small kids. It will be a very cosy place. And there are buildings coming up all the time, but pretty small flats.

I am not into real estate though.
