Honestly, nothing ruins a good day like going to Q-tel. Even trying to ask anyone in the hospital for any information is soooooo much more frusturating. Sure you can call - ask your question- put on hold-then 1 minute later you find out the receptionist hung up on you! (and after the third time it happens...then you know it's not an accident)
Anyways, you learn to be prepared for this stuff whenever you go to pay for your phone bill, call your landllord, etc.

However, restaurants and entertainment are fine.
