IN GCC, you will get ESB (end of service benefit) which is the company will pay you a month salary for each year of service.
In the middle east, we have something called social security which is a percentage of 5.5% being deducted from you gross pay and the company will add 11% of your gross pay too and will be saved for your rainy day.
