Intercon seems to be more cultured. I know Four Seasons was having issues with their staff not speaking, or understanding proper English, so for instance you would make an order-wait for it--it arrives--and voila it's not what you ordered because the waiting Staff can't understand English--Yah!

so I think that would rate for poor service.

Oh wow, I just read your post again and I see that you are inquiring about "services" hmm. looks like the above is not applicable, well I'll leave it up for anyone else who may be intersted in their service...I think I need an ESL session myself :o)
