So long as it's a genuine pharmaceutical product, you're unlikely to encounter serious problems, even if they search your bag. I had some medicine posted to me once, because the local pharmacists din't stock it. Customs held it for a while to run tests, (and destroyed one of the three packets) but I got it eventually. Just as well it wasn't vital.
