In Doha it is a very common phenomenon that for the same admin job a woman on her hubbys sponsorship can earn anything from QR 2000 to QR 12000+ even if the required qualifications are the same. All depends on the company, nationality, and who you know. Best admin jobs are usually given to friends or friends' relatives. Good luck in your search.
Working hours are different, it's not easy to find and job with the government because you have to be Qatari preferably, or at least Arabic speaking. And most companies work 8 hour days. Some, like mine, work 12 hour days!
