Well its not strange... if you look at the charges then the ADSL is unlimited usage but as for as Mobile Broadband Internet is concerned then you can use the specific amount of data (1,3 or 5 G) after that you are charged 1 Qrs on every Mb usage. So some how people end up paying more than the normal ADSL connection and the 7 MB is the ideal speed you dont get it all over the coverage. Besides if you are connected on a 2G or 3G coverage zone the speed differs as well. With 2G its slower than 3G.
