The difference between buying a new and old impreza Sti is not that big.

Used: 2006 20000km 110000 Qr (Oasiscars is already sold)

New: 2008/2009 0km 145000 Qr (Mashmotors Dubai).

If the new model isnt yet available here in Qatar what is the procedure to get it from Dubai.
( i checked the traffic department site but could not find any info)
What are the steps you need to go thru
- what kind of visa you need
- paperwork
