Yes its very easy. Get a letter from your sponsor and a salary certificate. You then take this to the QDC where you fill out a short form where you state your religion. Once completed, you go into the office where your picture is taken, you pay QAR1,000 deposit and have your picture taken. They will then give your card on the spot and you are free to buy your alcohol.
