Proper food and lots of water. I stopped GOFFEE (Decaf is okay) Carbonated drinks and less bread. Ate as much as you want - Vegetable, avarage meat and fish. The proverbial 8 hours sleep and afternoon nap - 30 minutes.

Excercise should be a must but have not done it yet..no time. I lost 3.5 kg in 2 months.
