Also note, article 78:

"the worker shall be entitled to annually, leave with full wage as follows:

3 days eid al adha
3 days eid al fitr
1 day independance day"

If you have to work article 75 applies (a different day/s off at another time and shall be paid for working the eid days at minimum 150%)
