She doesnt need to change her name just to be on your sponsorship. She can stick to her maiden name. None the less your marriage certificate should be your back up. Please also make sure it is attested,translated legally and translation attested as well. They will inform you the needful as you go along.
Btw I have been married 5 years and i dont even need his name to be in my passport cause it hasnt expired. Unless she is keen on changing names then everything has its own process where i blieve it needs to be advertised in the paper as well. I just find it too much hassel to change it.
