There are 3 types of flats:
(1)Non furnished:
nothing in it; so you will need at least 4 AC min of 1200 Qr per unit, 1000 for fridge nd 800 for a fine stove, beds and other wise will depend on you and you can get good deals in Al Najmeh.
(2) semi furnished:
normaly a fridge, stove, washing machine AC and maybe also curtens
(3) Fully furnished: all basic electrical appliances and funiture are in it.
Prices range from (1)4,500 to (3)20,000
