The masjid by the fruit and veg souk (just off Salwa Rd) is definately a imaan lifting place to prayer your tarawee. The name of the imaam is Sheikh Abdur Rashid Sufi (orginally for Somalia) and a world famous Qari in fact.

Best to just go there and experience it for yourself.
