I hate to disagree, but in this case, I really have to!

It's not about Nationality, Origin, Descent.... It's about the person's character, maturity, upbringing and values!

It's not nice to generalize at all, since no two people are alike, but I still repeat, it's not the nationality, it's the personality and values!
