Firstly if i may ask from where you are from?i mean which country?ok according to my research Sometimes the nodular opacity could be a scar resulting from a disease you had when you were a child, but here in qatar they are very strict if they found a slight abnormality on your chest x-ray,try to get a second opinion it might help you.
