You are at risk from Toxoplasmosis only when in contact with cat faeces. If using a litter tray, ask someone else to change it/clean it. If the cats are outdoors, be careful of flower beds, etc if you are gardening and be sure to wash your hands after handling the cats. Other than that, there is no reason to worry. My sister has two housecats and has just given birth to a perfectly healthy baby girl!
