It's OK for the mortgage... but does anyone know what the monthly service charges would be? for maintenance, the lawn(?) if any, the flowers, removal of sand, electrical use for common areas and elevators, general cleaning, painting, repairs, pool maintenace, etc. etc.
I understand labor is cheap here, but some of the stuff has to be outsourced to contractors, and they're in for the money, unless the buildings will be managed by the developper and that will cost even more. In North America condo fees can run anywhere between 25 to 50% of your basic "rent" or "mortgage" payment.
