We are in 21st century and I think this discimination is the latest way of colour prejudice which was a problem of the 20th century in some countries. I read a post from a lady saying that there were 3 men roaming arround her asking if she needs a taxi. They are not the representatives of all the bachelors or working men in Qatar. As per my knowledge they are having private taxis and were trying to get their daily income from her.
Another thing I noticed that the Mall Management or the concerned authorities are not worried if the couples are married or just friends. It is not a family day in the malls but it is a man & women together day. If you are a smelling bachelor try to get a lady (any nationality) to get you in. If you are together with a lady they will let you in so it is a sort of mockery on bachelors. I am frequently visiting Dubai and I did not see anything like this in the biggest shopping malls there. I used to see many girls whom I know as bachelors going with their boy friends to City Centre.
