hi there, i suggest you eat the same as the kids n make it fun for them, depending in their ages, fruit, plus smoothies, available at all times at home, don't keep sweets or crips, only for especial occassions, show them how to cook small dishes, like omelletes n jacket potatos, soups, etc.Hope it helps a bit.
