between x & w the difference is that the X comes with motion flow technology which gives you better motion for fast moving objects like in action movies or in sport games .. i asked them if the movie has to be shooted using this techonology and they said no its the t.v. that enhances the flow of the pictures as it doubles it from 50 fps (Fram Per Second) to 100
thats between x & w so obviously the X is better then the W
