i never said they dont hire civil engineers, i said they dont hire female civil engineers. i dont know if ther r ny civil engineers in QP. if you do, let me know. will be very happy to know them.n with 3 yrs experience, she wont get a engineer position, she ll only get a tech level job(thts if they hire her). minimum experience for engineers is 5 yrs in QP.
