As long as you both belong to the same religion it won't be a problem at all.. A very close friend of mine is an Indian Muslim and she married a Pakistani Muslim...They had some problems initially.. When they used to go on vacation, she had to apply for Pakistani visa and he had to take Indian visa.. Too much of a hassle.. So they both migrated to Canada, stayed there for few years, had 2 kids and now they are back here.. They are getting a better salary bcoz of their nationality plus now they can visit both India and Pakistan without any visa issues.. You both do the same.. Move to either Canada or Australia or some neutral country and get a common nationality for both of you and your kids..
