Why would you take a job that doesn't allow family? Sounds like a job that will take advantage of you. Do you realize you cannot leave this country or your job without the permission of your boss? It's always less complicated for them to do that if you don't have a family here... I would not take this job if I were you.

Better read the peninsula or gulf times to learn about how workers are mistreated with respect to exit permits. Not all companies are bad and the government is trying to stop this practice but as always there are a few copmpanies who keep trying to practice outside of the law...
