Qatar Guest Centre is offering arabic classes for Gents and Ladies. I have also taken certification from Qatar Guest Centre.But it is just familarity with the arabic language.

Now a days I think admissions are also opened for arabic classes in language institute near Al Salata Intersection (Mumtaza Petrol Station). You can take information from there also.
