I would say no to yoghurt at this age and this climate. Try light soups, stewed & mashed carrots/apples, even soft-poached egg. In India, we also start kids on dal-pani, which is the stock you get when you boil pulses. It's v nutritious. Just be sure that whenever you start anything new, give her a tiny bit, and watch her for a couple of days. If she doesn't react adversely, you can make the food item a regular part of her diet. Also, start her on only one new item a week, so you can monitor which foods she is ok with.
