You MUST BE KIDDING!!! so why there are SOOOOOO many cases when Company promissed to the employee certain conditions, and it everything is included in the contract and signed by both parts, and later the Company does not follow this contract, doesn't not keep its promisses, even doesn't pay salary on time (or pay less then in the contract, or neglect others obligations), etc. Or can cancell your visa with no any explanations, and you must leave the country in 24 hours, with no chance to get in back in a next 2 years... And - what??? all you can do is " TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!!! yes, you cane sue the Company, but only theoretically, because it will take years and years, and all your money as well...
