You can't avoid the dust, but you can be smart about the energy consumption (see notes on the utility bills re: conserving energy!) and quite frankly I think it foolish of landlords/construction companies that put indoor doors on the outside! I am not a construction worker, but I am smart enough to know the difference between a door that is weather proofed (i.e. made for the outsdie) and one that isn't! I can stand in front of my OUTSIDE doors and feel and SEE the warm air (along with dust!) penetrating the house. I'm not asking for a dust-free environment in the desert! Just common sense!!!!!
