I think it's long overdue. How many accidents and deaths could have been prevented if there were overpasses or even an underpass on some accident-prone area. How many persons got killed on that road fronting Lulu and Hamad Hospital? One victim, who came here only for over a week met his tragic death on this stretch. Another one was a pregnant woman! It's hard to believe but sometimes you'd think that it's true what they say, life here is that cheap! I wrote Gulf Times to express my dismay and frustration, and a request for authorities to build an overpass to prevent such accident ever happening again, but perhaps my wording were a bit harsh, reason it didn't get printed. Quo Vadis Qatar?
