I think for a "Senior" System Network Engineer at QP requires atleast ten years of overall IT experience. 5 Yrs experience will not be enough for a Sr. level position. From all the previous discussion about this topic - I think salary at QP depends on different factors - but country of origin can play a very important role to decide the Salary range. Good luck.
